Objective:
To train teachers ad instructors working with VET students, both in the school and in companies, for being able to better motivate their students to attend school till they will gain enough competencies for being enrolled in the labor market and to gave also a diploma certifying the acquired competences

• Training package for teachers in the schools and trainers in the companies:
  • Module I: Course for teachers
  • Module II: Course for trainers
  • Module III: Course for teachers and trainers/tutors
• Competence grid models for VET students
• App "eLOVE"
• European transfer concept (guidelines, handbook, good practices)
• Project web site & communication platform
